• 3 TB extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb large (26/30) peeled and deveined raw shrimp
  • 1 TB MCormick Perfect Pinch Lemon & Pepper Seasoning
  • ΒΌ tsp red pepper flakes
  • fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Pat dry raw shrimp with paper towels. In a bowl, gently combine shrimp with lemon & pepper seasoning and red pepper flakes.
  2. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil on medium heat. Add garlic and stir 30 seconds just until fragrant, but do not let it brown. Add the seasoned shrimp, cooking and stirring 2-3 minutes or just until shrimp turns opaque. Once it turns opaque, immediately turn heat off. Stir in the parsley, and add salt and pepper to taste if needed.
