  • 12cup butter
  • 12cup cocoa
  • 1cup sugar

  • 34teaspoon vanilla
  • Cream cheese filling
  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 13cup sugar
  • 1egg
  • 12teaspoon vanilla


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Stir together flour, salt and baking powder.
  3. Melt butter and remove from heat.
  4. Stir in the cocoa.
  5. Beat in the eggs, sugar and the vanilla.
  6. Fold in the dry ingredients.
  7. Pour in 1/2 the batter in a 9″ greased square casserole dish or baking pan.
  8. Spread Cream Cheese Filling on top CAREFULLY!
  9. Top with remaining chocolate batter.
  10. Pull a knife through all of the layers to create a marbled effect.
  11. Bake covered with tin foil or a glass lid for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the brownies comes out clean.
  12. Cream Cheese Filling: Beat the cream cheese.
  13. Gradually add the 1/3 cup sugar, 1 egg and the 1/2 tsp vanilla until the filling is very smooth.
