- 2 cups greens (spinach, kale, chard) with stems removed
- 1 cup water
- 2 oranges (or 5 or 6 clementines), peeled
- 1 cup frozen chopped pineapple
- 1 cup chopped mango (frozen or fresh)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- Blend the greens and water and oranges until smooth.
- Add the pineapple, mango, and chia seeds and blend again.
