- 1/2 c rolled oats (regular or gluten free)
- 1/4 c lemon yogurt
- 1/3 c milk of choie (reg or dairy free, plus a bit more in the morning if seems thick)
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 1 tsp fresh lemon zest
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup or honey
- Dash of sea salt
In a bowl or container that can be sealed shut, combine all ingredients and stir well.
Close and chill overnight or at least 4 hours.
Add a Tablespoon or two more milk if too thick in the morning and eat chilled or warmed up.
