LEMON POPPY SEED OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 c rolled oats (regular or gluten free)
  • 1/4 c lemon yogurt
  • 1/3 c milk of choie (reg or dairy free, plus a bit more in the morning if seems thick)
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon zest
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • Dash of sea salt
Instructions
  1. In a bowl or container that can be sealed shut, combine all ingredients and stir well.

  2. Close and chill overnight or at least 4 hours.

  3. Add a Tablespoon or two more milk if too thick in the morning and eat chilled or warmed up.
