No Yeast Pizza Dough for One


  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, margarine, or cooking oil (room temperature)


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 C). Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a small mixing bowl or stand mixer combine all ingredients and mix together until a ball of dough forms.
  3. Sprinkle a small amount of flour onto a rolling pin, your hands and a clean counter top or cutting board. Place the dough on the floured surface and pat down with flour to help form into a solid ball and make it less sticky.
  4. Roll out the dough to about 1/4 of an inch using the rolling pin. You can also press the dough directly onto the parchment paper on the pan using your hands, which is what I did here.
  5. Top with pizza sauce and desired toppings and bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove the pizza from oven and serve.
