Pineapple Rum Slush

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut milkfrom a can
  • 2 cups gold or dark rum
  • Maraschino cherries optional garnish
  • Pineapple wedgesoptional garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place pineapple, coconut milk and rum in a blender. Puree until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust as needed before portioning out into your serving glasses.
  3. Garnish with cherries and pineapple wedges. Serve immediately.
