Simple Chili Cheese Dip


  • 1 bag Progresso Smokehouse Chili
  • 12 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 cup light beer
  • sour cream for garnish


  1. Add chili, cheese, and beer to medium saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  2. Cook until cheese is melted and thoroughly incorporated with the chili and beer.
  3. Serve immediately topped with sour cream (optional) and your favorite chips.
