Watermelon Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ cups Watermelon (seedless or remove seeds)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 apple, peeled and cored
  • ¾ cup fat free Thick Greek Yogurt
  • Agave or honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Purée watermelon in blender or food processor. Strain with a fine mesh sieve into a bowl.
  2. Add strained watermelon juice back into the blender.
  3. Add the other ingredients. Blend well.
  4. Add sweetener to taste.
